Moreover, all of our vehicles have been chipped with the very latest in satellite tracking and all of our drivers have been cleared through our top notch security processes. This enables our clients to have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their information is being protected every step of the process.

We follow a systematic model for the retirement of computers and computer-related equipment. Once we receive the equipment, it is categorized into hazardous and non-hazardous lots. The separation process is further carried on until the equipment is classified into PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, servers or general equipment. We ensure that the equipment with hard drives is separated from the rest, with the drives either being erased or degaussed and accompanied by the appropriate certifications.

To facilitate the audit trail, each item is given a unique bar code and asset number. A comprehensive asset report is then prepared to include the equipment ID, specifications, data erase certification as well as details of the condition in which the equipment was undertaken.
